Leadership
Accountability at Rudhra is personal. Each part of the group is owned end to end by the people below — from pipeline to delivery.
A civil engineer with more than four decades in water resources and irrigation infrastructure, the greater part of it in state government service. His career spans the full lifecycle of large hydraulic works — dams, barrages, spillways, canals and tunnels — from survey and investigation through tendering, execution and the management of high floods, culminating in leadership of a state construction corporation with total technical and financial responsibility for project delivery. At Rudhra he provides engineering governance across the group and chairs the review of every major bid.
Group leadershipPower-systems engineer with deep experience in renewables and grid-scale storage. Led charging-network rollouts across three states before joining Rudhra to build the Energy business from first principles.
EnergyBuilt and scaled multi-state 3PL operations across FMCG, agri and pharma. Believes a warehouse is a throughput machine, not a storage shed — and designs every facility accordingly.
Logistics & WarehousingData-platform architect turned AI product leader. Has taken machine-learning systems from notebook to nationwide production — and insists on measuring AI in outcomes delivered, not models trained.
AI TransformationForty-two years in dam, irrigation and hydraulic-structure engineering, almost all of it with the Government of Odisha's Department of Water Resources, where he rose from Junior Engineer in 1976 to Managing Director and Chief Engineer of Odisha Construction Corporation. His work covers earth and concrete dams, spillways, barrages, hydraulic gates, canals and tunnels, including the approach and exit tunnels of major dam projects. He holds a B.Sc. (Engineering) in Civil from University College of Engineering, Burla and an M.E. (Hons.) from the University of Roorkee, received specialist dam-safety training in Denver, USA, and authored a Central Water Commission technical memorandum on diversion-cum-depletion tunnels. He has since advised NCC Limited's irrigation division and SEW Infrastructure on canal, barrage and lift-irrigation projects.
Dam Safety & ComplianceMore than thirty years delivering construction, erection and commissioning across the power, oil and gas, chemical and renewable sectors, most recently as Pre-Commissioning Manager with Wood in Singapore and Construction Manager with Worley on Shell and Neste facilities. He has managed fabrication and erection of piping, structural steel, storage tanks and marine jetties, tendering and estimation, and turnarounds delivered ahead of schedule — with a safety record that includes nineteen million man-hours without a lost-time accident. Earlier, with Doosan Heavy Industries, he was in charge of pressure parts for India's first 660 MW supercritical boilers at Sipat. He is a mechanical engineer trained in AutoCAD tool design at the Central Institute of Tool Design, Hyderabad.
