EAAMA Estates Solar PV Power Plant
A ground-mounted solar photovoltaic plant delivered under a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with the Government of Andhra Pradesh on an open-access basis, exporting power to the state grid.
The plant was delivered as a complete generating asset: solar photovoltaic modules, module mounting structures, inverters, DC and AC cabling, grid switchgear and interfacing equipment, and a data logging and monitoring system. Modules are Tier-1 polycrystalline 300 Wp units certified to IEC 61215, IEC 61730 and UL 1703, with a performance guarantee of 90% at ten years and 80% at twenty-five years, an average annual degradation of 0.8%, and a 25-year module warranty. They sit on fixed ground-mounted galvanised steel structures of at least 120 microns, designed for local wind conditions. Power is converted by 1,000 kW central inverters using multi-master technology, and a SCADA system provides rapid fault detection and data analytics for low downtime and high plant availability.
